How to get a ticket (password) for the ex-razorfish members area and/or the razorfish-museum?

After subscribtion, you will get an e-mail with your ex-razorfish e-mail address and your ticket (password) for the razorfish museum and the razorfish members area.
You have to be an ex-razorfish employee or still working for razorfish and having a valid razorfish e-mail account.
There are no exceptions. If you want to contact the ex-razorfish community, write an e-mail to the me.


Why should i state "Office" and/or "Network"?

Without this informations, you are easier to find and to contact by other ex-fish.


I don't get a confirmation for my subscribtion?

Sometimes the "real" e-mail accounts of subscribers are not valid or the mails return due to different reason. If this is the case, i normaly write something like "Please contact Webmaster" to you subscribtion record. So if you read your record, please contact me. If i don't get a reply after some days, i will close the account.


I'm not an ex- razorfish employee, but i want to post a job opportunity. What can i do?

Write an e-mail with you posting to Webmaster (webmaster@ex-razorfish.de). Write "[ex-razorfish] job posting" as subject and include a job description and the Office(s)/Network(s) the posting should be sent to. Your posting will be sent out asap.


Why does my ticket not work?

The ticket (passsword) is case sensitive.


I lost my ticket. How to get a new one?

Go to the razorfish-museum ticket-counter (http://razorfish-museum.org/ticketcounter/index.php) and re-order your ticket (password). It will be sent again to your ex-razorfish e-mail address.


I re-ordered my ticket (password), but did not receive an e-mail?

Maybe your forwarding address for your ex-razorfish e-mail account is outdated. Ask for an update of you personal informations (see below).


How to edit my personal informations?

You could update your profile at the members area under 'Your Profile'.

If you need an update of your forwarding e-mail adresse, write an e-mail to: Webmaster (webmaster@ex-razorfish.de) with the information needed to be changed. Please always write your full name and ex-razorfish e-mail address. You could use the following template.
